When you make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, without affecting your statutory rights. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and print a copy for your records. Please note that our terms and conditions may be revised at any time and without notice.

Pricing

The total price of the goods you purchase will be shown at the time you place your order. All prices are in Euro and include the relevant taxes payable in Ireland. The prices initially quoted do not include shipping, the cost of which will be added to your purchase when you choose your shipping / delivery method.

Images used are for illustration only and although every effort has been made to represent the products accurately, the images may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.

If Goods Cannot Be Supplied

If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.

Delivery Times

BUA Saddles will be delivered within 8 weeks of placing your order for Ireland and the UK. Delivery times for other locations will be specified when you fill in your location details at time of order. Orders taken over the weekend will be processed on the next working day after the order has been received. The selected courier will notify you in advance of delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.

All material, text and images contained on the BUA Saddles website are the property of the company or licensed to us from the relevant owner/supplier and must not be used for any purpose without written approval from relevant owner, supplier or author.

Goods damaged in transit or goods incorrectly sent

When you sign for your delivery from the courier, you must check you are receiving the correct goods and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the goods on the delivery note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 2 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods.

Warranty and Maintenance

The BUA Saddle has been rigorously tested. The tree comes with a two year warranty, under normal use. The soft components are made from high-grade leather and technically-advanced synthetic fabrics. The leather components require care and should be protected from extremes of temperature and moisture and cleaned with a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth. Under normal use, the leather components come with a 1 year warranty. The synthetic components can be machine washed (or hand washed) at 30 degrees a light detergent and dried flat. The synthetic components are also covered by a one year warranty under normal use.

Returns Policy

Goods that have damaged or have been incorrectly sent should be returned with 14 days of receipt and will be replaced once the goods in question are unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging with tags still attached. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by BUA Saddles and the return shipping will be arranged by BUA Saddles. Customers are advised to take photographic evidence prior to dispatch. The goods should be well packed, clearly labelled and have a copy of the despatch note enclosed to be sent back to us at:
