This may need to be carried out by harness repairs person, or cobblers/ leather shoe repairs shop

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE ALL SADDLES NEED TO BE SPOTLESSLY CLEAN BEFORE RETURNING FOR UPGRADE OR SERVICE: an additional basic cleaning charge of €20.00 applies if we have to clean saddles before servicing
and returning back to customer.

(b) if you ordered or purhcased your Bua Saddle from Seller/Trialling Agent etc, we will need Tree number of Saddle, -this is written in white marker underneath saddle seat.
(c) If you purchased saddle direct from Bua we generally will not need tree number.
(d) Please tell us exactly which service code you require.
