No two horses are alike and a horses condition, conformation and demeanour can change very quickly for a host of

reasons not necessarily associated with its saddle. 

 

The Bua Saddle (panels, flaps & seat pad) modular system allows for some of the easiest  changes to be made to the saddle,

however it is important to understand the saddle may fit & work perfectly for your horse at initial stage, Bua does not

guarantee its continued fit for any individual horse or horses.   In line with other saddle manufacturers,  Bua does not issue

refunds for returned saddles at any time and it is important that you consider this at time of purchase and ordering.

Warranties

Bua saddles carry a 24-month warranty on tree & 12 months warranty on soft components from

date of delivery on workmanship.  Damage resulting from misuse or neglect of the product is not

covered under this warranty. Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products &

panels & textile fabric are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty. No additional

warranties apply, whether implied or other.

Limitation of Liability

Equestrian activities can be extremely enjoyable, but also dangerous. In no event shall Bua

Saddles, their servants and agents  be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special,

consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or

misuse of its product(s).  Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).

We always recommend you wear an approved helmet, safety vest, and proper footwear

whenever you ride a horse.

Always safety inspect your tack for damage and faulty stitching prior to each and every use as

all leather products and tack will wear over time. Leather is a natural product and therefore will

vary in strength and durability.  Stirrup leathers must be inspected for wear and replaced periodically and as

deemed necessary for riders safety.

 

We do not intend to diagnose, treat or cure any medical conditions of your horse.

Consult with your vet if you have any concerns about existing damages to your horses back.

Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or

consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Before the user uses the

product the user must determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use, and

assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Serious injuries, including

paralysis and death, may occur as a result of using and or misuse of this product.

Acceptance of these terms:  On receipt of any payment in full or part thereof  towards the order of a

Bua Saddle, Services or Accessories, it is deemed that you have read & accept these terms & conditions.
