BUA Saddles is a dynamic fast moving company, celebrated as an innovation leader in equestrian sports. The BUA Saddle is the most technically advanced saddle on the market.  It relies on a revolutionary cantilevered design and technically advanced materials that enhance comfort and performance for both horse and rider.  Since launching the saddle last year, sales have increased steadily in Ireland and international markets.  Our products are now selling in 17 different countries worldwide, and we continue to expand.  Having achieved market acceptance in a number of equestrian disciplines, the company now wishes to build an ambitious and talented team.

 

Ideal Candidate and Job Description

The role of the Sales & Marketing Executive will be to capitalise on the growing demand for the BUA Saddle in all markets.  The successful candidate will be based in Dublin, there will be significant travel, nationally and internationally involved in the job.  The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, a proven ability in sales and some experience in servicing and maintaining a network of sales agents.  Knowledge of equestrian sports through participation and/or education would be a decided advantage.
